Winston School Mission Statement:

THE WINSTON SCHOOL is an independent day school for students from grades one through eight who, though intellectually capable, have had problems in school due to learning disabilities.

THE WINSTON SCHOOL has a well-rounded academic curriculum which emphasizes reading, language arts, communications, and mathematics in addition to comprehensive programs in science, social studies, writing, computer literacy, art, music, physical education, and health.

THE WINSTON SCHOOL fosters the potential and optimism in each child by addressing intellectual, social, and emotional growth in a positive and stimulating environment.

The goal of THE WINSTON SCHOOL is to educate our students and enable them to meet, with confidence, the academic and social challenges of life after WINSTON.
